Nice Brand LLC. prides itself on the accuracy and turn around time of our products. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are accepted/honored. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, Nice Brand LLC reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Nice Brand LLC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Nice Brand LLC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

How much does shipping cost?
Most Nice Brand orders ship free of charge. We include additional shipping charges for:
- deliveries outside the continental United States
- orders weighing over 5 lbs
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 6-12 days to arrive.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. However, you will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
Do you guys re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. You can also follow us on our social media accounts to get the latest news on new and restocked items.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
